Catering Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Har Yasin Restaurant Pte Ltd! By engaging our catering services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment:

  • All orders MUST be made 8 to 10 days before the event.
  • 50% deposit required upon placing an order.
  • Order confirmation will be e-mail to customer once deposit made
  • For Urgent orders, kindly contact our person in charge directly via mobile number +6598155812 for assistance.
  • Upon confirmation STRICTLY no decrease in the number of pax and cancellation is not allocated
  • Any increment of pax has to be made at least 3 days before delivery and subject to our availability of the ingredients
  • Full payment is due prior to the event date.
  • All payments and balance payments are to be made upon presentation of the bill (7) working days before your delivery via :
  • Bank Transfer to Maybank Singapore Ltd / Current Account : 04144500210 Har Yasin Restaurant or PAYNOW

Self collection:  Full payment via credit card or bank transfer must be made in full before the date of collection.

  • We do not accept CASH ON DELIVERY. Should personal cheque be used as a mode of payment, it will be required that a prepayment of the total outstanding sum be issued seven (14) working days prior to the function & made payable to “HAR YASIN RESTAURANT PTE LTD”.
  • A service fee of $30 (subject to 7% GST) will be applicable for any bounce cheque.

 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within a specified period of time are subject to a cancellation fee.

Menu and Dietary Requirements:

       The management reserves the right to propose or replace the menu items should it be      unavailable at the time. We will notify customer’s if should this happen.

  • Please provide final menu selections and any dietary restrictions in advance.
  • Changes to the menu or dietary requirements within a specified timeframe may incur additional charges.

Service Staff:

   - We will provide the necessary service staff based on the size and type of event.

   - Client is responsible for providing facilities for our staff.

Equipment and Rentals:

  • Client is responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment or rental items during the event.
  • Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Delivery:

Kindly inform our Sales Person if your venue do not have :

  • Direct lift access
  • Unloading area is a distance to your venue
  • Challenging layout
  • Need escorts

By informing us earlier, it allows us to plan our arrival time and manpower allocation for your delivery. We will not hesitate to impose a surcharge of $50 + 7% GST if the above scenario happen and we are not notify. We will not be liable for any delay due to the above circumstances if you did not inform us earlier.

Note : Please take note delivery will take (+) (-) 30min from the time given due to weather and traffic

Food Serving Guidelines

  • Based on SFA guidelines, for caterings with warmers, food best served within 4 hours upon arrival. For catering without warmers, food best served within 1 hour upon arrival.

Liability:

  • We are not liable for damages or injuries caused by Client or guests during the event.
  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of negligence or misconduct.

Force Majeure:

  • Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control.

Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice for material breaches not remedied within a specified timeframe.

Governing Law:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

Entire Agreement:

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.

By using our catering services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
